Model Reviews

AFG 1.0 AT - Average scores for power, reliability, warranty, and above average marks for noise level and overall value. A decent choice if you can find it on sale.

AFG 2.0 AT - Everything you need in terms of mechanical design, especially in the areas of power, cushioning, programs, value, and warranty.

AFG 3.0 AT - Delivers in terms of cushioning, noise level, power, and quality. Unfortunately, the asking price exceeds that of competitor models.

AFG 3.1 AT - The updated redesign of the console and the side arms is a huge improvement over the 3.0 AT.

AFG 5.0 AT - An above average treadmill with standard features and a big price tag.

AFG 5.1 AT - Outstanding features, programs, and solid treadmill feel – it’s a durable ride at every pace.

AFG 7.1 AT - This treadmill is big in every way: power, cushioning, warranty, and value – but not in price. It’s a good value at $1,999.

AFG 13.0 AT - The AFG 13.0 AT gets nice reviews and even earned a Best Buy distinction from Consumer Reports.

Bodyguard T240 - a well-designed model that has received Best Buy awards from experts.

Bodyguard T280C - outstanding for performance, comfort level, quiet operation, easy of use, one-piece welded frame, big user capacity, and best warranty in business.

Bodyguard T300 - The T300 commercial treadmill was rated as one of the top 3 or 4 Best Buys in its price class by Treadmill Doctor; ideal for home gyms and corporate gyms where space is a premium.

Bodyguard T460X - rates well above average in every aspect: power, cushioning, noise level, quality, size and a strong warranty; made the 'Best Buy' list for 2009.

    Bowflex 3-Series - A basic entry-level machine, Bowflex's best-selling model.

Bowflex 5-Series - A treadmill for serius runners

Bowflex 7-Series - Top Bowflex model for dedicated runners.

Bowflex TreadClimber TC5 - The fact that the TC5 offers 3 modes – as a stairclimber, an elliptical, and a treadmill – is somewhat deceptive in that it doesn’t do any one of the three well.

Bowflex TreadClimber TC10 - The TC10 is over-rated and poorly designed. You can get a great treadmill for that amount of money so we recommend you forget the hype on these machines.

Bowflex TreadClimber TC20 - An update of an older model that adds longer foot treadles among other things.

Bowflex TreadClimber TC1000 - Is this machine a good deal?

Bowflex TreadClimber TC3000 - Short hydraulics warranty worrisome.

Bowflex TreadClimber TC5000 - Great workout, bad design.

Bowflex TreadClimber TC5300 - Three machines rolled into one!

Bowflex TreadClimber TC5500 - Dinky motor, no labor warranty.

Bowflex TreadClimber TC6000 - Another overprized 3-in-1 machine.
