The ProForm 7.0 CrossTrainer treadmill has Grafixx™ Display for information such as your calories burned, distance, time, heart rate, calories burned and so on. It has an animated man who walks, jogs, and runs your workout with you (You’ll never workout alone again!), and it’s got the iFIT® Challenge Training Center which records calendar month and statistical info, and offers nutrition and exercise plans based on your individual needs. You should probably opt to extend the parts and labor warranty at checkout, but otherwise, the 12-year motor warranty is exceptional.

In most ProForm treadmill reviews you are bound to come across mention of the iFit® Challenge Log and Training Center, including cool features like 3 separate meal plans (1400, 1800, 2200 calories). Also, on the treadmill dash, you’ll find weight-loss workouts, cross-training workouts, and 24 separate cross-training workouts.

What We Say

The ProForm 7.0 CrossTrainer effectively delivers one of the better concepts in a cardio and muscle building treadmill. From the extensive workouts to the high standard motor and the very attractive design, there’s not much to dislike about this machine.

Probably not a good fit for a serious runner, but a good machine for a serious walker. The ProForm 7.0 CrossTrainer treadmill rates a good buy, especially at the sale price. The MSRP is $1299, but you can find this baby selling for around $699.
