LS10.0T/ LS 13.0T Questions

We love the machine it has been very good for us. But recently it has been shutting off on us as we are using it. Just trying to resolve the problem so we can enjoy the machine fully.

As we are using the treadmill it will lose power and just come to a stop. I was troubleshooting it and I was inclining and declining it and it all worked great; speeding it up and slowing it down, not problem.
Then it would just start slowing down on its own and come to a complete stop.

Unplugging the electrical cord and plugging it back in would reset it. Hitting the reset button didn't reset it.

I think the problem is in the control board......

Looking to find a solution to our problem. Can you help us.
