Decades old never failed to run. Unfortunately, Garmin premium heart rate monitor won't hook up with it. Inappropriate and unfair miss by Garmin. I use a Timex chest strap that works fine. Garmin and Amazon won't allow return on purchase made more than one month before or earlier. Bye from me to all Garmin products fulfilled by Amazon.com.
