Horizon T53 Treadmill User Review

I have owned the Horizon T53 treadmill for 6 years and have loved it. Recently the panel control has gone haywire and I wanted to see if Horizon could replace the membrane/top of the panel. I have called them more than 6 times this month and no one ever calls me back. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. So bad in fact, that it will make me not buy Horizon again. What good is a treadmill that I can't get fixed???
