Thank goodness for the internet. I'm in the service buisness. I get it, stuff breaks. But for a company, it is how you respond that is important. That being said, how can you continually sell a product with a known problem? My wife and I are shopping for a home gym. We are glad there are sites like this. In consumer comments, you can usually weed out the good and bad, but to have all bad, that is scary!
